Creamy Ham Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 medium head cauliflower
    2 c. cooked ham
    1 c. sliced mushrooms
    2 Tbsp. butter
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1 c. milk
    1 c. cubed sharp cheese
    1/2 c. soft bread crumbs
    1 Tbsp. melted butter
Preparation
    Cook cauliflower in salted water for 10 to 12 minutes. Combine ham and mushrooms.
    Melt butter; stir in flour.
    Add milk; cook until thickened.
    Add cheese and sour cream; stir until cheese melts.
    Combine with ham and cauliflower mixture.
    Stir together bread crumbs and remaining butter; sprinkle over top. Bake, uncovered, at 350\u00b0 for 40 minutes.
