Crunchy Nut Lentil Roast - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. cooked lentils
1/4 c. soy sauce (lite)
1 1/2 c. onions, chopped
1 1/2 c. brown rice, cooked
1/2 c. celery, chopped
1/2 c. grated carrots
1/2 c. chopped walnuts
1 tsp. rubbed sage
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
1/2 tsp. marjoram
Preparation

Saute onions and celery in small amount of water.
Blend lentils and soy sauce in blender.
Add more water as needed.
Add other ingredients.
If too thin, add bread crumbs.
Put in Pam-sprayed baking dish.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 to 45 minutes. Serve with tomato sauce.
