Italian Sausage Appetizers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. Italian sausage
    1 lb. shredded Cheddar cheese
    1/2 lb. shredded Mozzarella cheese
    2 c. biscuit mix
    3/4 c. water
    2 eggs
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients together.
    Form into small balls.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 12 to 15 minutes.
    Makes about 150 balls.
    Can be frozen and reheated at serving time.
