Sweet Potato And Apple Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients

4 small sweet potatoes, peeled and sliced
2 cooking apples, cored and sliced
3 Tbsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
dash of white pepper
2 Tbsp. melted margarine

Preparation

Layer half each of sweet potatoes and apples in an 8-inch baking dish coated with spray or butter.
