Bonnie Pieri'S Grilled Pork Chops(Smittie'S Daughter) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 to 6 loin chops (1/2-inch thick)
    1/2 c. vegetable oil
    1 tsp. granulated garlic
    1/2 tsp. ground ginger
    1 tsp. paprika
    1 tsp. sugar
    1 tsp. salt
    juice from 1 to 2 lemons (your taste)
Preparation
    Combine oil and next 6 ingredients.
    Arrange pork chops in a single layer, flat in a large sealable plastic bag.
    Pour marinade over chops. Seal bag and freeze. When ready to use, thaw chops in refrigerator overnight.
    Cook over hot coals on grill 20 to 30 minutes until juices run clear.
    May also be browned in frying pan with 2 to 3 tablespoons oil, then cooked 20 minutes longer. Serves 4 to 6.
