Ingredients

1 gal. vanilla ice cream
1 pkg. Oreos
1 container Cool Whip
Preparation

Let ice cream melt until it is soft enough that you are able to stir it.
While the ice cream is melting, \"mash\" Oreo cookies up in the food processor or hand-held food chopper.
When the ice cream is melted, stir the Oreos into the ice cream, saving a little for the topping.
Put into a 9 x 13-inch glass container. Place into freezer.
When hard, put Cool Whip on top and sprinkle with leftover Oreos.
