Fresh Apple Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 c. sugar
1 1/2 c. cooking oil
3 c. unsifted self-rising flour
3 c. diced apples
1 c. chopped nuts
1 c. coconut
3 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla

Preparation

Mix all ingredients well.
Bake in a tube pan for 1 hour and 15 minutes at 350\u00b0.
