Sausage Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. country style sausage, uncooked
3 c. brown sugar
1 beaten egg
3 1/4 c. flour
2 tsp. baking powder
3 tsp. baking soda
2 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. nutmeg
1 c. black coffee
1/4 tsp. salt
1 c. pecans
1/2 c. raisins
1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

Mix sugar with sausage.
Add egg.
Sift dry ingredients together and add sausage mixture alternately with coffee.
Add vanilla
and
beat well.
Add fruit and nuts.
Pour into well-greased tube pan and bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 1/2 hours.
