Scampi - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. shrimp, cleaned
    2 cloves garlic
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. basil
    1/8 tsp. oregano
    1/4 c. oleo
    3 Tbsp. olive oil
    1/2 c. parsley, chopped
    Parmesan cheese
    freshly ground black pepper
Preparation
    Mince garlic and blend with salt, basil and oregano.
    Heat oleo, olive oil and garlic mixture in skillet.
    When very hot, add shrimp and cook until firm and pink, about 3 minutes.
    Serve over your favorite pasta.
    Sprinkle with cheese and black pepper.
