Diet Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. raisins
    2 c. water
    1 c. unsweetened applesauce
    1 c. nuts
    2 Tbsp. liquid sweetener
    2 eggs
    3/4 c. cooking oil
    2 c. self-rising flour
    1 tsp. nutmeg
    1/2 tsp. vanilla
    1/2 tsp. cinnamon
Preparation
    Cook raisins in water until dry; let cool.
    Add applesauce, sweetener, eggs and oil.
    Blend in 2 cups of flour, vanilla, spices and nuts.
    Bake in a 350\u00b0 oven for 40 to 50 minutes in a tube pan or 30 minutes in a large loaf pan.
