Apple Crisp(Heart Healthy And Low-Fat) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 to 7 tart cooking apples
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 tsp. lemon zest (rind)
    1/3 c. granulated sugar
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    3/4 c. rolled oats
    1/2 c. flour
    1 c. brown sugar
    3 Tbsp. safflower oil
Preparation
    Place sliced apples in a deep baking dish; sprinkle with lemon juice, lemon zest, sugar and cinnamon.
    Combine remaining ingredients in another bowl; pour over apples.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 30 minutes or until apples are tender.
