Fettucine San Clemente(6 Servings) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (12 oz.) pkg. fettucine noodles
    1/2 lb. fresh asparagus (cut top 2 inches into 1-inch pieces)
    1/4 lb. fresh mushrooms, sliced
    2 small zucchini, sliced
    2 cloves garlic, crushed
    1/2 c. butter
    1 c. whipping cream
    1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. white pepper
Preparation
    Cook noodles according to package instructions.
    Meanwhile, saute vegetables and garlic in butter until they are crisp-tender. Add remaining ingredients; cook until hot, but do not boil.
    Pour over hot pasta, tossing to coat noodles.
    Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
