Flan - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. sugar
    1/2 c. water
    7 eggs
    3 egg yolks
    2 tsp. vanilla
    2 c. cream
    2 1/2 c. half and half
    1 can sweetened condensed milk
Preparation
    Cook sugar and water on high, stirring until caramelized.
    Mix eggs and yolks, vanilla, cream, half and half and canned milk. Heat.
    Stir a little with a whisk.
    Pour the caramel in bottom of a deep dish pie plate.
    Pour egg mixture over.
    Cook at 325\u00b0 in water bath.
