Pizza Dough Homemade - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. all-purpose flour, divided
    1 (1/4 oz.) pkg. RapidRise yeast
    1 tsp. salt
    1 c. warm water (120~ to 130~)
    2 Tbsp. oil
Preparation
    Combine 2 cups flour, yeast and salt.
    Add water and oil; mix in enough remaining flour to form a soft dough.
    Knead on lightly floured surface until dough is smooth and elastic, about 5 minutes.
    Cover; let rest on floured surface 10 minutes.
    Divide dough in half.
    Freeze 1/2 for future use.
