Soft Sugar Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. sugar
    3/4 c. Crisco
    2 eggs
    1 c. buttermilk
    2 tsp. soda
    2 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. vanilla
    5 c. flour
Preparation
    Mix as usual.
    Refrigerate several hours.
    Roll on floured surface and cut to desired shapes.
    Bake until light brown at 350\u00b0.
    These puff up some and stay soft.
    Ice.
