Chicken Ginger From Thailand - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. chicken, cut up
    1 c. chopped ginger
    2 tsp. Sweet 'N Low or sugar
    3 Tbsp. soy sauce
    1/4 tsp. Thai black sauce
    2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
    2 tsp. black pepper
    2 tsp. garlic
Preparation
    Saute chicken in oil with all ingredients.
    Simmer for 15 to 20 minutes.
    Add 2 tablespoons of water if ingredients dry out.
