Popcorn Balls - cooking recipe
Ingredients

5 qt. popcorn
2 c. sugar
1 1/2 c. water
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. light corn syrup
1 tsp. vinegar
1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

Keep popcorn warm in 300\u00b0 oven.
Cook sugar and water, salt and corn syrup to hard boil at 256\u00b0.
Add vinegar and vanilla. Cook to light crack (270\u00b0).
Pour slowly over popcorn.
Mix well. Press into balls.
