Tuck Me To Sleep Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. brown sugar
    1 c. white sugar
    1 c. butter
    1 c. Crisco
    1 c. walnuts, chopped
    2 eggs
    4 c. flour
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Mix thoroughly butter, shortening, sugars, eggs and vanilla. Stir in flour, salt and nuts.
    Divide dough and shape into rolls. Wrap; chill in refrigerator overnight.
    In the morning, slice to desired thickness.
    Place on an ungreased cookie sheet.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 to 400\u00b0 until light brown.
