Baked Macaroni And Cheese - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. macaroni
    3 Tbsp. margarine
    3 Tbsp. flour
    2 c. milk
    salt and pepper
    1/2 lb. grated cheese
    1 c. dry bread crumbs
Preparation
    Cook macaroni in boiling water until tender; drain and rinse. Make white sauce of margarine, flour, milk and seasonings; add 2/3 cheese; stir until melted.
    Pour over macaroni in oiled or Pam-sprayed baking dish.
    Sprinkle remaining cheese and crumbs over top.
    Bake in 325\u00b0 oven 30 minutes.
    If desired, make tomato macaroni by adding 1 1/2 cups cooked tomatoes or canned tomatoes after macaroni is added.
