Cajun Chicken 'N Rice - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 whole chicken
1 onion
1/2 bell pepper
3 stalks green onion
4 cloves garlic
salt and pepper
red pepper (cayenne)
Wondra or flour
rice
oil
1 small can tomato sauce
water
Preparation

Skin chicken and cover with salt, pepper and red pepper.
Put about 2 teaspoons oil in big pot.
Put chicken in it and let it brown.
Meanwhile, chop up veggies, then add them to pot and let them brown too.
(Takes about 20 to 25 minutes to brown.)
Pour tomato sauce in and cover chicken with water.
Put lid on pot and let it boil about 50 minutes.
Make as much rice as you want, then take out chicken pieces and slightly thicken leftover gravy with Wondra.
