Golden Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 medium potatoes
    1/4 c. butter
    2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
    2 c. sour cream
    1/3 c. chopped green onions
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Cook potatoes, peel and grate potatoes.
    In medium saucepan melt butter and add cheese.
    Melt over low heat.
    Remove from heat and blend in sour cream.
    Add chopped green onions, salt and pepper.
    Pour over potatoes.
    Stir lightly and pour into casserole.
    Dot with butter.
    Bake in 350\u00b0 oven for 45 minutes.
