Crustless Quiche - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. butter
    1/2 c. flour
    1 c. milk, warmed
    6 eggs, beaten, or egg substitute
    1 lb. Monterey Jack cheese, cubed
    3 oz. cream cheese, cubed
    2 c. small curd cottage cheese
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. sugar
Preparation
    Heat oven to 350\u00b0 and grease a 6 cup rectangular baking dish. In small saucepan, make white sauce:
    Melt butter; add flour and stir until smooth.
    Do not allow to brown.
    Continue stirring, whisk while adding milk.
    Bring just to a boil over low heat. Remove from heat and whisk beaten eggs.
    Stir in cheeses and seasoning.
    Pour into dish.
    Bake 45 minutes.
    Cut in squares to serve.
    Taste may be changed by substituting Swiss, Cheddar or Gruyere cheese.
    A crowd pleaser.
