Turtle Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 box German chocolate cake mix
    1/2 c. oil
    1 stick soft butter
    1 1/3 c. water
    3 eggs
    1/2 can Eagle Brand milk
Preparation
    Mix and pour half in 9 x 13 x 2-inch pan and bake 20 minutes. While baking, melt 1 package Kraft caramels and the other half can Eagle Brand milk.
    Pour over cake.
    Add small package chocolate chips and 1 cup pecans.
    Pour remaining batter on top and bake 20 to 30 minutes more.
