Chicken Salad Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. mayonnaise or salad dressing
    1/2 c. whole milk
    1 sliced green pepper
    1 c. chopped onions
    4 oz. pimento
    salt to taste
    black pepper to taste
    1 (8 oz.) can mushrooms
    1 c. chopped celery
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    4 c. chicken, cooked and cubed
Preparation
    Combine salad dressing and milk; mix in remaining ingredients. Pour into shallow pan; cover and bake at 325\u00b0 for 45 minutes. Yields 8 servings.
