Swedish Veal In Wine Sauce - cooking recipe

3 lb. veal, cut for scallopini
1 stick butter
1/4 c. minced onion
1 c. white wine
2 tsp. fresh lemon juice
salt and pepper to taste
1 c. Parmesan cheese
1/2 c. flour
2 c. chicken broth
1/4 c. minced parsley
Preparation

Lightly flour veal and pound thin.
Cut in strips.
In large skillet, saute strips in butter, until all are lightly browned on both sides, using more butter if needed.
Remove from pan and place in shallow casserole.
Saute onion in skillet until clear. Add flour; mix well.
Add chicken broth, wine and seasonings. Stir until thickened.
Pour over veal.
Sprinkle cheese on top. Bake at 450\u00b0 for 20 minutes or maybe a little longer.
Serve with wild rice.
