Grandmom'S Gingersnaps - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. all-purpose flour
    1 Tbsp. ginger
    2 tsp. soda
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1/2 tsp. salt
    3/4 c. shortening
    1 c. sugar
    1 egg
    1/4 c. molasses
Preparation
    Sift together dry ingredients.
    Cream shortening, sugar, egg and molasses.
    Sift flour mixture over creamed mixture.
    Blend well.
    Form into small balls.
    Roll in granulated sugar.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 12 to 15 minutes.
