Vegetable Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 bag (16 oz.) frozen broccoli, carrots & cauliflower
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 c. shredded swiss cheese
    1/3 c. sour cream
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1 jar (4 oz.) pimento (drained)
    1 can (28 oz.) Durkee french fried onions
Preparation
    Combine vegetables, soup, 1/2 c. cheese, sour cream, pepper and pimento, 1/2 can of onions.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
    Top with rest of cheese and onions.
