Texas Cornbread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. self-rising cornmeal
    2/3 tsp. baking powder
    3 Tbsp. sugar
    1 c. onions, chopped
    1 c. cream-style corn
    1 c. sharp cheese, grated
    1 c. sour cream
    1 c. bell pepper, chopped
    4 eggs, beaten
    1/2 c. Wesson oil
    dash of salt
Preparation
    Mix
    all
    ingredients,\tadding\tmeal
    and baking powder last. Pour
    into a greased long casserole dish.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for approximately
    30
    minutes\tor longer.
    When baked, pour 1 stick of melted butter over cornbread and serve warm.
