Garlic Cheese Grits - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. grits (uncooked)
1 1/2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
3/4 lb. grated extra sharp Cheddar cheese
1 stick butter
1 clove garlic, grated
dash of Tabasco
2 egg whites
Preparation

Cook the cup of grits according to directions on package.
Add butter, Worcestershire, cheese, garlic and Tabasco.
Let cool. Beat egg whites until stiff.
Fold into cooled grits and pour into casserole dish.
Bake at 400\u00b0 for 20 minutes until slightly brown on top.
