Pepper Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 to 8 chicken breast filets (deboned and skinless)
    3/4 tsp. Italian seasoning
    6 Tbsp. olive oil
    1 each: red, yellow and green bell pepper, sliced
    1 medium onion, thinly sliced
    1 large clove garlic, minced
    1 1/2 tsp. red wine vinegar
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Sprinkle chicken with salt, pepper and Italian seasoning. Heat 3 tablespoons oil in large skillet and saute chicken over medium heat about 5 to 10 minutes or until golden brown and cooked through.
    Remove chicken from skillet and keep warm.
