Squash Supreme - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lbs yellow squash, boiled and drained
    1 (2 oz) jar chopped pimento
    1 small onion, finely chopped
    2 carrots, grated
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 cup (8 oz) sour cream
    8 oz pkg Pepperidge Farm herb stuffing mix
    1 stick margarine, melted
Preparation
    Combine squash, pimento, onion, carrots, sour cream and undiluted soup.
    In separate bowl, toss together stuffing mix and melted margarine.
    Mix half of stuffing with squash mixture.
    Spread in 3 quart shallow pan.
    Top with remaining stuffing.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
