Buttered Carrots - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 carrots
    3 Tbsp. water
    1/4 tsp. garlic salt
    3 Tbsp. Mazola margarine
Preparation
    Wash carrots.
    Scrape and cut in 1/4-inch pieces diagonally. Place garlic salt and water in microwave-safe dish.
    Stir to dissolve.
    Add carrots.
    Cover and microwave on High for 4 minutes. Stir well.
    Add cut up margarine on top of carrots.
    Cover and microwave on High for 3 minutes.
    Let stand, covered, for 2 minutes.
    Stir.
    Serves 4.
