Squash Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 lb. squash
    1 grated carrot
    8 oz. sour cream
    1 stick butter
    1 small pack herb stuffing
    1 small can cream of chicken or mushroom
    1 small onion
Preparation
    Add cheese if desired. Save a little butter and stuffing to sprinkle on top. Boil squash and onions until tender. Mix everything in a large bowl. Bake at 350\u00b0 for about 30 minutes.
