Banana Crepes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 eggs
1 c. milk
1 banana
3/4 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
2 tsp. oil
Preparation

Blend ingredients in a blender.
Pour a small circle of mixture into the middle of a greased hot frypan. Tip pan so crepe spreads out very thin.
Cook lightly on both sides.
Serve with fresh berry puree (to which a small amount of apple juice concentrate has been added).
Serve flat like pancake or roll up like crepes.
