Baked Custard - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 eggs
    1 c. sugar
    2 1/2 c. hot milk
    1 tsp. vanilla
    3 Tbsp. melted butter
    pinch of salt
Preparation
    Beat eggs real good. Add sugar and beat well. Add hot milk, melted butter, salt and vanilla. Put into a buttered casserole. Set in a pan of hot water; bake in 350\u00b0 oven until firm or until knife inserted comes out clean.
