Three-C Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 c. all-purpose flour
    1 c. sugar
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1/2 tsp. ground mace
    3 beaten eggs
    1/2 c. cooking oil
    1/2 c. milk
    2 c. shredded carrots
    1 1/3 c. flaked coconut
    1/2 c. chopped maraschino cherries
Preparation
    Stir together flour, sugar, baking powder, soda, mace and 1/2 teaspoon salt.
    Combine eggs, oil and milk.
    Add to dry ingredients.
    Mix well.
    Stir in carrots, coconut and cherries. Pour into three 21 ounce pie filling cans.
    Bake in a 350\u00b0 oven for 1 to 1 1/4 hours (or pour batter into one greased 9 x 5 x 3-inch loaf pan and bake in a 350\u00b0 oven for 45 to 50 minutes).
    Cool in cans 10 minutes.
    Cool completely.
    Wrap and store overnight before slicing.
