Thick Strawberry Shake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. frozen unsweetened strawberries
    1/2 c. skim milk
    3 packets Equal
    1 tsp. lemon juice
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients in blender. Blend at high speed until smooth,

    Serve\timmediately.
