Ingredients

6 egg yolks
1 lb. butter, softened
1 lb. Philadelphia cream cheese
1/2 pt. sour cream
5 c. flour
any flavor fruit preserves
Preparation

Mix first 4 ingredients together; add flour.
Divide dough into golf size balls.
Refrigerate dough overnight.
Roll out in powdered sugar about 1/4-inch thick; cut into triangular shape pieces.
Fill with preserves; roll up cookies.
Bake in a 350\u00b0 oven until golden.
Cool; sprinkle with additional powdered sugar.
