Chicken Rice Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

8 boneless chicken breasts
1 c. uncooked rice (not Minute rice)
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
1/2 c. chopped green pepper
1 Tbsp. instant onion
1/2 c. diced celery
1 (2 oz.) jar pimento
1 (8 oz.) can water chestnuts
1 Tbsp. butter
salt and pepper to taste
Preparation

Butter a 9 x 13-inch pan.
Mix rice with undiluted soup, green pepper, onion, celery, pimento and chestnuts in bowl.
Pour into pan.
Place chicken breasts on top and dab with butter.
Salt and pepper to taste.
Bake in a 350\u00b0 oven for 1 1/2 to 2 hours.
