South Carolina Frogmore Stew - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. Old Bay seasoning or 1 pkg. crab boil
    4 lb. small red potatoes
    2 lb. Hillshire smoked sausage or kielbasa, cut into 2-inch slices
    6 ears corn (fresh or frozen), broken in half
    4 lb. unpeeled large fresh shrimp
    commercial cocktail sauce
Preparation
    Fill large container of a propane cooker halfway with water. Add seasoning; bring to a boil.
    Add potatoes; return to a boil and cook 10 minutes.
    Add sausage and corn.
    Return to a boil; cook 10 minutes, or until potatoes are tender.
    Add shrimp; cook 3 to 5 minutes, or until shrimp turn pink.
    Remove with a slotted spoon onto a serving platter or newspaper lined table.
    Serve with cocktail sauce.
    Makes 12 servings.
