Easy Slow Cook Barbecue - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. ground chuck (not browned)
    1 c. onion, chopped
    1 c. mango or celery, chopped
    4 Tbsp. mustard
    2 Tbsp. vinegar
    2 Tbsp. brown sugar
    1 bottle catsup (14 oz.)
Preparation
    Place all ingredients in large casserole.
    Stir.
    Bake for 2 hours at 350\u00b0.
