Chocolate Chip Banana Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. all-purpose flour
    1 c. sugar
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. baking soda
    1 c. mashed ripe bananas
    1/2 c. shortening
    2 eggs
    1 c. chocolate chips (semi-sweet)
    1/2 c. nuts
Preparation
    Grease bottom only of 9 x 5 x 3-inch loaf pan.\tCombine all ingredients
    (except
    chocolate
    and
    nuts) in large mixer bowl, blend well.
    Stir in chocolate and nuts.
    Pour into pan. Bake at 350\u00b0
    for
    1 hour.\tCool 10 minutes.
    Remove from pan, cool on wire rack.
