Baked Tarragon Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 tsp. powdered tarragon
    1/4 c. cognac or white wine
    1/4 c. butter
    3/4 c. breadcrumbs
    3/4 c. fresh parsley
    3 to 4 lb. chicken
Preparation
    Heat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Wash and wipe chicken dry.
    Carefully loosen skin from breast and thighs and legs.
    Stuff skin carefully.
    Tie well.
    Bake in small container, adding 1 cup chicken bouillon.
    Baste with part of butter.
