Baked Ham And Eggs - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. hash brown potatoes
2 c. diced, cooked ham
1/4 c. butter
1 medium onion, chopped
1/2 green pepper, chopped
1 tsp. salt
6 to 8 eggs
1 c. milk
2 c. Cheddar cheese
Preparation

Grease 9 x 13-inch baking dish.
Layer hash browns on bottom. Put on layer of ham.
Saute onion and green pepper in butter, then pour over ham layer.
Mix salt, eggs and milk and pour over ham mixture.
Sprinkle on cheese.
Bake 45 minutes at 325\u00b0.
(Great brunch or company dish.)
