Cherry Cheese Jell-O Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (3 oz.) pkg. black cherry Jell-O
1/2 c. sugar
1 c. crushed pineapple, drained and juice reserved
1 c. American cheese, grated
1 small container Cool Whip
pecans, chopped
Preparation

Add enough water to reserved juice to equal 1 cup, add sugar; bring to a boil.
Add Jell-O and pineapple; partially congeal. Whip, add cheese and gently fold in Cool Whip.
