Italian Stuffed Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    bread dough (buy or make)
    1 egg
    1 pkg. fresh (not frozen) spinach
    10 oz. Mozzarella cheese
    1/4 lb. pepperoni
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Roll out dough in rectangle.
    Paint with egg (scramble it.)
    Lay spinach on egged dough.
    Place pepperoni; sprinkle with cheese.
    Roll into loaf.
    Place on cookie sheet.
    Paint top with melted butter or margarine.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 28 to 30 minutes.
