Ingredients

1 cup butter or margarine
3/4 cup brown sugar
3/4 cup granulated sugar
2 eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla
2 1/4 cups flour
1 teaspoon soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 cup finely chopped pecans
Preparation

Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
Cream butter and\tsugars, beat in eggs and vanilla.
Combine flour, soda, and salt, add to creamed mixture and mix well.
Stir in pecans.
Drop from teaspoon onto ungreased cookie sheet.
Bake for 10 minutes or until lightly browned.
Yield approximately 4 dozen.
