Backpack Jerky - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 lb. flank steak brisket, rump or bottom round
    3/4 c. soy sauce
    1/4 c. Worcestershire sauce
    1 tsp. season salt
    1 tsp. onion powder
    2 tsp. garlic powder
    1 tsp. garlic salt
Preparation
    Slice meat along the grain 1/4-inch thick. Heat both sauces, then add all other ingredients. Cool and add meat. Marinate overnight. Next day, put meat directly over oven racks. Put oven on lowest heat settings and leave door open, approximately 4 to 6 hours.
