Banana Nut Fruit Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 ripe bananas
    1 stick butter, sliced
    1/2 c. Wesson oil
    4 eggs
    3 c. plain flour
    2 c. sugar
    1 1/2 tsp. cloves
    2 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. allspice
    2 tsp. soda
    1 1/2 c. red and green candied cherries
    1 1/2 c. red and green candied pineapple
    1 c. seedless white raisins
    1 c. chopped dates
    2 c. chopped pecans
    2 Tbsp. banana extract
Preparation
    Mix together bananas, sliced butter, oil and eggs.
    Beat by hand.
    There will be lumps of butter and bananas.
    Mix flour, sugar, cloves, cinnamon, allspice and soda in a paper bag.
    Do not sift.
    Combine the two mixtures.
    Add remaining ingredients.
    Bake in loaf pans, lined with wax paper in a 300\u00b0 oven for 1 1/2 hours. Cool, remove from pan and remove wax paper.
