Pumpkin Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. brown sugar
    1 tsp. salt
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1/2 tsp. ginger
    1/4 tsp. ground cloves
    1/2 tsp. nutmeg
    4 eggs
    1 (1 lb. 13 oz.) can pumpkin
    2 c. evaporated milk
    1 c. water
    2 unbaked pie shells (9-inch)
Preparation
    Thoroughly mix together the brown sugar, salt, flour and spices.
    Add slightly beaten eggs and pumpkin; mix well until blended.
    Stir in milk and water; pour into two 9-inch unbaked pie shells.
    Bake in hot oven at 450\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
    Reduce heat to 350\u00b0 and continue baking 20 minutes longer, until inserted knife comes out clean.
